Neo-graminyst topical ointment 30 g (Sigma, Egypt): topical combination of triamcinolone (corticosteroid), neomycin and gramicidin (antibacterials) and nystatin (antifungal).

• Application to denuded surfaces increases systemic absorption; use with caution and in small amounts after extensive burns, trophic ulceration or other conditions where neomycin absorption is possible.
