- بوسبيرون: آلية التأثير غير معروفة؛ لديه ألفة عالية لمستقبلات السيروتونين 5-HT1A وألفة متوسطة لمستقبلات الدوبامين D2 في الدماغ، ولا ألفة مهمة لمستقبلات البنزوديازيبين، ويفتقر إلى التأثيرات المضادة للتشنج والمرخية للعضلات والمهدئة الواضحة.مضاد قلق من مجموعة الأزابيرون (يرتبط بمستقبلات 5-HT1A)
- Buspirone: Mechanism of action unknown; has high affinity for serotonin 5-HT1A receptors and moderate affinity for brain D2-dopamine receptors, no significant affinity for benzodiazepine receptors, and lacks anticonvulsant, muscle-relaxant and prominent sedative effects.
