- كلوبيراستين: يؤثر انتقائيًا على مركز تنظيم السعال دون تثبيط الجهاز العصبي المركزي، وله تأثير مضاد لتشنج القصبات وتأثير خفيف مضاد للهيستامين (النشرة الإسبانية).مضاد للسعال مركزي وطرفي التأثير مع نشاط خفيف مضاد للهيستامين ومضاد لتشنج القصبات
- Cloperastine: Acts selectively on the cough-regulating centre without CNS depression; also has bronchial spasmolytic and mild antihistaminic effects (Spanish SmPC).
