  • Anticholinergic effects: caution in raised intraocular pressure, prostatic hypertrophy, urinary retention, hypertension, arrhythmia, myasthenia gravis, stenosing peptic ulcer or intestinal obstruction. كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • كلوبيراستين: يؤثر انتقائيًا على مركز تنظيم السعال دون تثبيط الجهاز العصبي المركزي، مع تأثير مضاد لتشنج القصبات وتأثير خفيف مضاد للهيستامين.مضاد للسعال مركزي وطرفي التأثير مع نشاط خفيف مضاد للهيستامين ومضاد لتشنج القصبات
  • Cloperastine: Acts selectively on the cough-regulating centre without CNS depression; bronchial spasmolytic and mild antihistaminic effects (Spanish SmPC).
