- بانتوبرازول: يرتبط تساهمياً بإنزيم (H+,K+)-ATPase في الخلية الجدارية فيثبط الخطوة الأخيرة من إنتاج حمض المعدة.مثبط لمضخة البروتون (بنزيميدازول مستبدل)
- Pantoprazole: Covalently binds the parietal-cell (H+,K+)-ATPase, suppressing the final step of gastric acid production.
