كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- بانتوبرازول: يثبط الخطوة الأخيرة في إنتاج حمض المعدة بالارتباط التساهمي بنظام إنزيم (H+,K+)-ATPase على السطح الإفرازي للخلايا الجدارية في المعدة، فيثبط الإفراز الحمضي القاعدي والمحفَّز؛ ويستمر التأثير المضاد للإفراز أكثر من 24 ساعة.مثبط مضخة البروتون (بنزيميدازول مستبدل)
- Pantoprazole: Suppresses the final step in gastric acid production by covalently binding to the (H+,K+)-ATPase enzyme system at the secretory surface of the gastric parietal cell, inhibiting basal and stimulated acid secretion; the antisecretory effect persists longer than 24 hours.
