كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- بيتافاستاتين: مثبط تنافسي لإنزيم HMG-CoA ريدكتاز (الخطوة المحددة لتخليق الكوليسترول)؛ يخفض الكوليسترول منخفض الكثافة (النشرة الأمريكية LIVALO).مثبط إنزيم HMG-CoA ريدكتاز (ستاتين)
- Pitavastatin: Competitive inhibitor of HMG-CoA reductase (rate-limiting step of cholesterol biosynthesis); lowers LDL-C (US LIVALO label).
