- كلورفينيرامين ماليات: Competitive reversible blockade of histamine H1-receptor sites; also anticholinergic.مضاد هيستامين H1 من الجيل الأول (منوم) من فئة الألكيل أمين؛ مضاد للكولين
- ديكستروميثورفان: Acts centrally in the medulla to elevate the cough threshold (US DXM labels).
- إيفيدرين هيدروكلوريد: Sympathomimetic amine acting directly on alpha and beta adrenergic receptors and indirectly by releasing norepinephrine from sympathetic neurons (US label).ناهض لمستقبلات ألفا وبيتا الأدرينالية ومحرر للنورإبينفرين
- جوايفينيسين: May irritate gastric vagal receptors recruiting parasympathetic reflexes that increase less-viscous respiratory secretions.مذيب بلغم
