- Complicated urinary tract infections caused by susceptible E. coli, K. pneumoniae, E. faecalis, P. mirabilis or P. aeruginosa.
- Acute uncomplicated pyelonephritis caused by E. coli.

- Fluoroquinolones increase the risk of tendinitis and tendon rupture in all ages (most often Achilles tendon); risk higher in older patients and with corticosteroids or transplant recipients.نشرة دولية لنفس التركيبة
