Fluticasone furoate 100 mcg + umeclidinium 62.5 mcg + vilanterol 25 mcg inhalation powder in hard capsules (6 strips), once-daily ICS/LAMA/LABA maintenance inhaler.

• COPD (>=1%): upper respiratory tract infection, pneumonia, bronchitis, oral candidiasis, headache, back pain, arthralgia, influenza, sinusitis, pharyngitis, rhinitis, dysgeusia, constipation, urinary tract infection, diarrhoea, cough, dysphonia. • Umeclidinium: Competitively inhibits acetylcholine binding to muscarinic (M3) receptors on airway smooth muscle, producing bronchodilation.
• Vilanterol: Stimulates intracellular adenylate cyclase, increasing cyclic AMP and relaxing bronchial smooth muscle.
