كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- ديلتيازيم هيدروكلوريد: يثبط دخول الكالسيوم عبر القنوات البطيئة في عضلة القلب والعضلات الملساء الوعائية فيوسع الشرايين التاجية والطرفية ويبطئ التوصيل في العقدة الأذينية البطينية.حاصر لقنوات الكالسيوم غير ثنائي هيدروبيريدين (بنزوثيازيبين)
- Diltiazem hydrochloride: Inhibits calcium influx through slow channels in cardiac and vascular smooth muscle, dilating coronary and peripheral arteries and slowing AV-nodal conduction.
