موانع الاستعمالContraindications
- فرط الحساسية؛ الصدمة (بما فيها القلبية) أو انخفاض الضغط الشديد أو خلل البطين الأيسر مع انخفاض ضغط الامتلاء أو قصور القلب غير المعاوض؛ استخدام مثبطات فوسفوديستيراز-5 أو منبهات جوانيلات سيكلاز الذائبة (مثل ريوسيجوات)؛ نقص حجم الدم؛ الوذمة الرئوية الحادة.نشرة دولية لنفس التركيبة · electronic medicines compendium (emc), UK

كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- نيكورانديل: تأثير مزدوج: يفتح قنوات البوتاسيوم الحساسة لـ ATP (توسع الشرايين وخفض الحمل البعدي) ويزيد GMP الحلقي عبر مجموعة النترات (ارتخاء الأوردة وخفض الحمل القبلي)؛ كما يوسع الشرايين التاجية.فاتح لقنوات البوتاسيوم ذو شق نتراتي
- Nicorandil: Dual action: opens ATP-sensitive potassium channels (arterial vasodilation, reduced afterload) and, through its nitrate moiety, increases cyclic GMP (venous relaxation, reduced preload); also dilates coronary arteries.
