  • أملوديبين: يثبط دخول الكالسيوم عبر الأغشية إلى العضلات الملساء الوعائية وعضلة القلب؛ موسع للشرايين الطرفية.حاصر لقنوات الكالسيوم من فئة ثنائي هيدروبيريدين
  • Amlodipine: Inhibits transmembrane calcium influx into vascular smooth muscle and cardiac muscle; peripheral arterial vasodilator.
