  • Boxed warning: fluoroquinolones are associated with disabling and potentially irreversible serious adverse reactions including tendinitis and tendon rupture, peripheral neuropathy and central nervous system effects; stop immediately if they occur.   • Serious hypersensitivity reactions (including anaphylaxis) can occur; stop at the first sign of rash or hypersensitivity. كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • جيميفلوكساسين: يثبط تخليق الحمض النووي البكتيري عن طريق تثبيط إنزيمي DNA جيراز والتوبوإيزوميراز IV.مضاد بكتيري من الفلوروكينولونات
  • Gemifloxacin: Inhibits bacterial DNA synthesis by inhibiting both DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV.
