- علوص، انسداد معوي، بطن حاد بما فيه الزائدة، التهاب أمعاء حاد، ألم بطني شديد مع غثيان/قيء، جفاف شديد، فرط حساسية. اللبوس: تجنّب مع شق شرجي أو التهاب مستقيم تقرحي مع تلف مخاطي.معلومة عامة عن المادة الفعالة · MHRA eMC
- Ileus, intestinal obstruction, acute abdomen including appendicitis, acute IBD, severe abdominal pain with nausea/vomiting, severe dehydration, hypersensitivity to bisacodyl. - الملينات المنبّهة لا تُستخدم لإنقاص الوزن. الإفراط المزمن قد يسبب اختلال سوائل/إلكتروليتات ونقص بوتاسيوم. قد يسبب تهيّجاً شرجياً موضعياً.معلومة عامة عن المادة الفعالة · MHRA eMC
- Stimulant laxatives do not help weight loss. Prolonged excessive use may cause fluid/electrolyte imbalance and hypokalaemia. May cause local anorectal irritation. Dizziness/syncope may relate to vasovagal response to abdominal pain (UK SmPC).General active-ingredient information · MHRA eMC

كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- بيزاكوديل: ملين موضعي بالتماس؛ يتحلل إلى BHPM الذي ينبّه مخاطية القولون وإفراز السوائل.ملين منبّه (مشتق ثنائي فينيل ميثان)
- Bisacodyl: Locally acting contact laxative; hydrolysed to BHPM which stimulates colonic mucosa and fluid secretion.
