• Very common: decreased appetite, gastrointestinal symptoms (fullness, dyspepsia, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhoea), rash, urticaria, arthralgia and myalgia. Common: headache. Uncommon: taste disturbance including loss of taste (usually recovers within weeks after stopping). • Serious skin reactions (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, DRESS) have been very rarely reported; stop treatment if a progressive skin rash occurs.
