أقراص أملوديبين 5 مجم + فالسارتان 160 مجم + هيدروكلوروثيازيد 12.5 مجم مغلفة (الإسراء للأدوية أوبتيما، مصر)؛ مزيج ثلاثي خافض لضغط الدم.

Amlodipine 5 mg + valsartan 160 mg + hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg film-coated tablets (Al Esraa Pharmaceutical Optima, Egypt); triple antihypertensive combination.

كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • أملوديبين: يحجب تأثير الكالسيوم المسبب لانقباض خلايا العضلات الملساء في القلب والأوعية الدموية.حاصر لقنوات الكالسيوم من مجموعة ثنائي هيدروبيريدين
  • فالسارتان: يحجب تأثير الأنجيوتنسين II القابض للأوعية والمسبب لاحتباس الصوديوم.حاصر لمستقبلات الأنجيوتنسين II
  • هيدروكلوروثيازيد: مدر ثيازيدي يزيد إخراج الصوديوم والكلوريد عن طريق الكلى فيقلل حجم الدم داخل الأوعية.مدر للبول من الثيازيدات
  • Amlodipine: Blocks the contractile effects of calcium on cardiac and vascular smooth muscle cells.
  • Valsartan: Blocks the vasoconstrictor and sodium-retaining effects of angiotensin II.
  • Hydrochlorothiazide: Thiazide diuretic that promotes renal excretion of sodium and chloride, reducing intravascular volume.
