كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- ميثيل بريدنيزولون (على هيئة سكسينات الصوديوم): جلوكوكورتيكويد قوي مضاد للالتهاب بقوة أكبر من البريدنيزولون وميل أقل لاحتباس الصوديوم والماء؛ وإستر سكسينات الصوديوم له التأثيرات نفسها ويتيح تأثيرًا وريديًا سريعًا. وتشير قيم PubChem إلى الميثيل بريدنيزولون القاعدي.جلوكوكورتيكويد
- Methylprednisolone (as sodium succinate): Potent anti-inflammatory glucocorticoid with greater anti-inflammatory potency than prednisolone and less tendency to induce sodium and water retention; the sodium succinate ester has the same actions and allows rapid intravenous effect (US label). PubChem values refer to methylprednisolone base (sodium succinate: CID 23680530).
