كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- ميثوتريكسات: نظير للفولات يثبط إنزيم اختزال حمض ثنائي هيدروفوليك فيتداخل مع تخليق الحمض النووي وإصلاحه وتكاثر الخلايا؛ والأنسجة سريعة التكاثر هي الأكثر تأثرًا.مضاد استقلاب نظير للفولات (مثبط لإنزيم اختزال ثنائي هيدروفولات)
- Methotrexate: Folate analogue that inhibits dihydrofolic acid reductase, interfering with DNA synthesis, repair and cellular replication; actively proliferating tissues are most sensitive (US label).
