- Avoid concomitant omeprazole or esomeprazole (CYP2C19 inhibition reduces effect). Increases bleeding risk. Premature discontinuation increases cardiovascular risk; discontinue 5 days before elective surgery with major bleeding risk. كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- طليعة دواء تتحول (أساساً عبر CYP2C19) إلى مستقلب نشط يحجب بشكل غير عكوس مستقبل ADP من نوع P2Y12 على الصفائح طوال عمرها.مثبط لمستقبلات ADP من نوع P2Y12 (ثينوبيريدين)
- Clopidogrel: Prodrug converted (mainly via CYP2C19) to an active metabolite that irreversibly blocks the platelet P2Y12 ADP receptor for the platelet lifespan.
