كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- ليناغليبتين: يثبط DPP-4 فيرفع مستويات الإنكرتينات ويزيد إفراز الإنسولين المعتمد على الجلوكوز.مثبط لإنزيم ثنائي ببتيديل ببتيداز-4
- Linagliptin: Inhibits DPP-4, increasing incretin (GLP-1/GIP) levels which enhance glucose-dependent insulin secretion.
