كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • تامسولوسين: يحصر مستقبلات ألفا-1أ في البروستاتا وألفا-1د في المثانة فيرتخي العضلات الملساء ويتحسن تدفق البول في تضخم البروستاتا الحميد.مضاد انتقائي لمستقبلات ألفا-1أ/1د الأدرينالية
  • Tamsulosin: Blocks alpha-1A (prostate) and alpha-1D adrenoceptors, relaxing prostatic and bladder-neck smooth muscle and improving urine flow.
