كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • طليعة دواء تتحول (أساساً عبر CYP2C19) إلى مستقلب نشط يحجب بشكل غير عكوس مستقبل ADP من نوع P2Y12 على الصفائح طوال عمرها.مثبط لمستقبلات ADP من نوع P2Y12 (ثينوبيريدين)
  • Clopidogrel (as bisulphate): Prodrug converted (mainly via CYP2C19) to an active metabolite that irreversibly blocks the platelet P2Y12 ADP receptor for the platelet lifespan.
