كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- فورتيوكسيتين: يعزّز النشاط السيروتونيني المركزي بتثبيط إعادة امتصاص السيروتونين مع تضاد مستقبلات 5-HT3 وتحفيز مستقبلات 5-HT1A؛ ولم تُحدَّد مساهمة هذه الأنشطة في التأثير المضاد للاكتئاب.مُعدِّل ومنشّط للسيروتونين
- Vortioxetine: Enhances central serotonergic activity through serotonin reuptake inhibition, with 5-HT3 antagonism and 5-HT1A agonism; contribution of these activities to the antidepressant effect is not established (US label section 12.1).
