كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- إزيتيميب: يثبط امتصاص الكوليسترول والستيرولات النباتية من الأمعاء.مثبط امتصاص الكوليسترول
- سيمفاستاتين: يثبط إنزيم HMG-CoA ريدكتاز المحدد لسرعة تخليق الكوليسترول.مثبط إنزيم HMG-CoA ريدكتاز (ستاتين)
- Ezetimibe: Inhibits intestinal absorption of cholesterol and related phytosterols (US Vytorin label).
- Simvastatin: Inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, the rate-limiting enzyme of cholesterol synthesis (US Vytorin label).
