  • سيمفاستاتين: يثبط إنزيم HMG-CoA ريدكتاز المحدد لسرعة تخليق الكوليسترول.مثبط إنزيم HMG-CoA ريدكتاز (ستاتين)
  • Simvastatin: Inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, the rate-limiting enzyme of cholesterol synthesis (US Vytorin label).
