- البالغون والأطفال بوزن 40 كجم فأكثر: القرحة الاثني عشرية النشطة، قرحة المعدة النشطة، الارتجاع المعدي المريئي العرضي غير التآكلي، التهاب المريء التآكلي الناتج عن الارتجاع؛ البالغون: حالات فرط الإفراز المرضية (مثل متلازمة زولينجر-إليسون) وتقليل خطر تكرار القرحة الاثني عشرية.DailyMed (U.S. National Library of Medicine)
