كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- أوفلوكساسين: قاتل للبكتيريا؛ يثبط إنزيم DNA gyrase (توبوإيزوميراز 2) والتوبوإيزوميراز 4 فيوقف تضاعف الحمض النووي البكتيري.مضاد بكتيري من الفلوروكينولونات
- Ofloxacin: Bactericidal; inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase (topoisomerase II) and topoisomerase IV, blocking DNA replication.
