دواعي الاستعمالUses
  • العدوى الخفيفة إلى المتوسطة لدى البالغين الناتجة عن بكتيريا حساسة، بما فيها التهاب المثانة غير المعقد وعدوى المسالك البولية المعقدة والتهاب البروستاتا (الإشريكية القولونية) والالتهاب الرئوي المكتسب من المجتمع والتفاقم البكتيري الحاد لالتهاب الشعب المزمن (عند عدم وجود بديل) وعدوى الجلد غير المعقدة والسيلان والتهاب عنق الرحم/الإحليل الكلاميدي والتهاب الحوض الحاد.الفئة: AdultsDailyMed (U.S. National Library of Medicine)
  • Mild to moderate infections in adults caused by susceptible bacteria, including uncomplicated cystitis, complicated urinary tract infections, prostatitis (E. coli), community-acquired pneumonia, acute bacterial exacerbation of chronic bronchitis (reserve for no alternative), uncomplicated skin infections, gonorrhoea, chlamydial cervicitis/urethritis and acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Population: AdultsDailyMed (U.S. National Library of Medicine)

كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • أوفلوكساسين: مبيد للبكتيريا؛ يثبط إنزيم جيراز الحمض النووي (توبوإيزوميراز 2) وتوبوإيزوميراز 4 فيمنع تضاعف الحمض النووي.مضاد حيوي من مجموعة الفلوروكينولونات
  • Ofloxacin: Bactericidal; inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase (topoisomerase II) and topoisomerase IV, blocking DNA replication.
