ألوبيورينول 200 مجم أقراص (دلتا فارما)، 30 قرصًا؛ مثبط لأوكسيداز الزانثين يُستخدم لخفض حمض اليوريك.
Allopurinol 200 mg tablets (Delta Pharma), 30 tablets; xanthine oxidase inhibitor used to lower uric acid.
دواعي الاستعمالUses
- علاج أعراض النقرس الأولي أو الثانوي؛ فرط حمض اليوريك الناتج عن علاج السرطان؛ حصوات أكسالات الكالسيوم المتكررة مع ارتفاع إفراز حمض اليوريك. لا يُنصح به لفرط حمض اليوريك عديم الأعراض.الفئة: Adults (cancer-therapy hyperuricaemia: adults and children)DailyMed (U.S. National Library of Medicine)
- Management of signs and symptoms of primary or secondary gout; hyperuricaemia from cancer therapy; recurrent calcium oxalate calculi with high urinary uric acid. - Based on animal findings allopurinol may cause fetal harm; allopurinol and oxypurinol cross the placenta. Limited human data (about 50 pregnancies, 2 major malformations) show no clear pattern. - ألوبيورينول: يثبط أوكسيداز الزانثين فيقلل تكوين حمض اليوريك.مثبط أوكسيداز الزانثين
- Allopurinol: Inhibits xanthine oxidase, reducing formation of uric acid from hypoxanthine and xanthine.
