- Treatment of hypertension to lower blood pressure (reduces the risk of fatal and nonfatal cardiovascular events, mainly strokes and myocardial infarctions). كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- فالسارتان: يحجب تأثيرات الأنجيوتنسين 2 المضيقة للأوعية والمحفزة للألدوستيرون على مستقبل AT1.حاصر لمستقبلات الأنجيوتنسين 2
- هيدروكلوروثيازيد: يزيد إخراج الصوديوم والكلوريد عبر الكلى فيقلل حجم الدم داخل الأوعية.مدر للبول من الثيازيدات
- Valsartan: Blocks vasoconstrictor and aldosterone-secreting effects of angiotensin II at the AT1 receptor.
- Hydrochlorothiazide: Promotes renal excretion of sodium and chloride, reducing intravascular volume.
