- Most common (10% or more) in adults and children 6 years and older over 12 weeks: headache and fatigue. With ribavirin in decompensated cirrhosis: fatigue, anaemia, nausea, headache, insomnia and diarrhoea. كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- سوفوسبوفير: طليعة دواء نيوكليوتيدية تتحول داخل الخلايا إلى ثلاثي فوسفات نظير اليوريدين النشط الذي يثبط إنزيم البوليميراز NS5B لفيروس التهاب الكبد C ويوقف استطالة سلسلة الحمض النووي الفيروسي.مثبط لإنزيم البوليميراز NS5B لفيروس التهاب الكبد C (نظير نيوكليوتيدي؛ مضاد فيروسات مباشر)
- فلباتاسفير: يثبط بروتين NS5A لفيروس التهاب الكبد C (النشرة الأمريكية لإبكلوسا).مثبط لبروتين NS5A لفيروس التهاب الكبد C (مضاد فيروسات مباشر)
- Sofosbuvir: Nucleotide prodrug converted intracellularly to an active uridine analogue triphosphate that inhibits the HCV NS5B RNA-dependent RNA polymerase and acts as a chain terminator.
- Velpatasvir: Inhibitor of the HCV NS5A protein (US Epclusa label).
