كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • أوميبرازول: يثبط مضخة البروتون H+/K+ ATPase في الخلايا الجدارية بالمعدة.مثبط لمضخة البروتون (بنزيميدازول مستبدل)
  • بيكربونات الصوديوم: يرفع درجة حموضة المعدة فيحمي الأوميبرازول من التحلل ليُمتص دون غلاف معوي.مضاد للحموضة / منظم قلوي
  • Omeprazole: Inhibits the gastric H+/K+ ATPase (proton pump) of parietal cells.
  • Sodium bicarbonate: Raises gastric pH, protecting acid-labile omeprazole from degradation so it can be absorbed without an enteric coating.
