كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • Class III antiarrhythmic with electrophysiologic characteristics of all four Vaughan Williams classes; lengthens the cardiac action potential, blocks sodium and myocardial potassium channels and has noncompetitive antisympathetic action (US label section 12.1).
