كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- أليندرونات الصوديوم: مثبط نوعي لارتشاف العظم بواسطة الخلايا الناقضة للعظم؛ يرتبط بهيدروكسي أباتيت العظم.بايفوسفونات
- كوليكالسيفيرول (فيتامين د3): سيكوستيرول وهو السلف الطبيعي لهرمون الكالسيتريول المنظم للكالسيوم.فيتامين د
- Alendronate sodium (alendronic acid): Specific inhibitor of osteoclast-mediated bone resorption; binds bone hydroxyapatite (US FOSAMAX PLUS D label).
- Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3): Secosterol precursor of calcitriol, the calcium-regulating hormone (directory text, consistent with US label).
