شاتو 50/200 مجم أقراص مغلفة ممتدة المفعول من إيجيفار تحتوي على كاربيدوبا 50 مجم وليفودوبا 200 مجم، عبوة 7 أقراص، لعلاج مرض باركنسون.

Shatoo 50/200 mg is an Egyptian controlled-release film-coated tablet of carbidopa 50 mg and levodopa 200 mg by Egyphar, pack of 7 tablets, used for Parkinson disease.

كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • كاربيدوبا: يثبط نزع كربوكسيل الليفودوبا محيطياً فيصل قدر أكبر منه إلى المخ.مثبط محيطي لنازعة كربوكسيل الدوبا
  • ليفودوبا: يعبر الحاجز الدموي الدماغي ويتحول إلى دوبامين في المخ.طليعة الدوبامين
  • Carbidopa: Inhibits peripheral decarboxylation of levodopa so more levodopa reaches the brain.
  • Levodopa: Crosses the blood-brain barrier and is decarboxylated to dopamine in the brain.
