كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- أولميسارتان: أولميسارتان ميدوكسوميل طليعة دواء يتحلل إلى أولميسارتان الذي يحجب الأنجيوتنسين 2 على مستقبل AT1.حاصر لمستقبلات الأنجيوتنسين 2 (AT1)
- هيدروكلوروثيازيد: يثبط إعادة امتصاص الصوديوم في الأنبوب البعيد فيزيد إخراج الصوديوم والماء.مدر بولي ثيازيدي
- Olmesartan: Olmesartan medoxomil is a prodrug hydrolysed to olmesartan, which blocks angiotensin II at the AT1 receptor.
- Hydrochlorothiazide: Inhibits sodium reabsorption in the distal tubule, increasing sodium and water excretion.
