كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- أمبيسيلين: قاتل للبكتيريا؛ يثبط تخليق جدار الخلية البكتيرية.بنسلين أميني (مضاد بكتيري بيتا لاكتام)
- سولباكتام: يثبط بشكل غير عكوس كثيرًا من إنزيمات بيتا لاكتاماز فيعيد فعالية الأمبيسيلين ضد السلالات المنتجة لها.مثبط لإنزيمات بيتا لاكتاماز
- Ampicillin: Bactericidal; inhibits bacterial cell-wall biosynthesis.
- Sulbactam: Irreversibly inhibits many beta-lactamases, restoring ampicillin activity against beta-lactamase-producing strains (US Unasyn label).
