كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
  • لوسارتان بوتاسيوم: يحجب اللوسارتان ومستقلبه الفعال الرئيسي بشكل انتقائي ارتباط الأنجيوتنسين II بمستقبل AT1، فيمنع تأثيره القابض للأوعية والمحفز لإفراز الألدوستيرون، ولا يثبطان الإنزيم المحول للأنجيوتنسين.حاصر لمستقبلات الأنجيوتنسين II
  • هيدروكلوروثيازيد: مدر ثيازيدي يؤثر على إعادة امتصاص الأملاح في الأنابيب الكلوية فيزيد إخراج الصوديوم والكلوريد، ويقلل حجم البلازما بشكل غير مباشر.مدر للبول من مجموعة الثيازيد
  • Losartan potassium: Losartan and its principal active metabolite selectively block binding of angiotensin II to the AT1 receptor, blocking its vasoconstrictor and aldosterone-secreting effects; they do not inhibit ACE.
  • Hydrochlorothiazide: Thiazide diuretic acting on renal tubular electrolyte reabsorption to increase sodium and chloride excretion; indirectly reduces plasma volume.
