كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- إيزوميبرازول: المصاوغ S للأوميبرازول؛ يثبط إنزيم H+/K+-ATPase (مضخة البروتون) في الخلايا الجدارية فيثبط الإفراز الحمضي القاعدي والمحفَّز (النشرة الأمريكية لنيكسيوم).مثبط مضخة البروتون (بنزيميدازول مستبدل)
- Esomeprazole: S-isomer of omeprazole; inhibits the gastric H+/K+-ATPase (proton pump) of parietal cells, suppressing basal and stimulated acid secretion (US NEXIUM label).
