كيف يعمل الدواءHow it works
- إنتيكافير: نظير نوكليوزيدي للجوانوزين؛ يتنافس ثلاثي الفوسفات مع ثلاثي فوسفات الديوكسي جوانوزين ويثبط البدء القاعدي والنسخ العكسي للسلسلة السالبة وتخليق السلسلة الموجبة لحمض الفيروس النووي.نظير نوكليوزيدي (جوانوزين) مثبط للنسخ العكسي (بوليميراز فيروس الالتهاب الكبدي ب)
- Entecavir: Guanosine nucleoside analogue; the triphosphate competes with deoxyguanosine triphosphate and inhibits HBV polymerase base priming, reverse transcription of the negative strand and positive-strand HBV DNA synthesis.
